Mark Figgitt

Mark is an independent Director. He has earned a solid reputation in the New Zealand technology industry over the last 27 years having held several product development and senior management positions for companies including Telecom, Meridian Energy, Arc Innovations, and Airways New Zealand.

Mark is a chartered member of the Institute of Directors (CMInstD), an Independent Director for Gymnastics NZ and the Executive Director for HealthStream, leading the global business development activities for the Scheduling & Capacity Management Division.

Richard Riley

Richard is an independent Director. He brings over 40 years of transport industry management experience to Connexionz. Richard, who is now retired, is a life member of the Road Transport Forum NZ Inc. and the Road Transport Association NZ Region 4.

He was previously CEO of logistics provider, NZ Express Transport Group.

Allan Dawson

Allan is a professional Director. He has extensive governance experience, having served as Chair and Non-Executive Director in several globally focussed technology companies across EdTech, FinTech and AgriTech, as well as serving on the Board of a significant investor in the New Zealand Tech sector.

Allan is considered a global energy expert with an extensive background in energy industry restructuring, regulation, market development and market operations in multiple jurisdictions. He led and was responsible for energy market design, implementation and evolution in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore. He currently serves as Deputy Chair of the Electricity Authority – New Zealand's Electricity Regulator.

Allan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Kevin McFall

Kevin is an independent director, bringing 40 years of expertise, strategic mindset and a wealth of skills in operations. His early career was in computer hardware and electrical engineering before moving into software development and product management. Kevin is skilled in operational management, recruitment and team building. For much of his working life, he has been in IT engineering in the start-up sector or management for multinationals based in New Zealand, which has included extensively travelling in a number of guises.

Kevin has founded and is a shareholder of several start-up businesses in New Zealand that have had successful exits towards sustainable growth. As part of his governance experience, Kevin has been a director and Chair of several New Zealand businesses in the SaaS and IT sectors.
