Before you can join any meeting, you will need to locate the meeting invite.
Go to your email inbox and locate the email sent from your support contact.
Open the email and click on "Join the meeting now"
Click on "Always allow Teams to open links"Â
Then, click on "Open Microsoft Teams (work or school)"
Click on "Continue on this browser"
Click "Allow"
Enter your name and click on "Join now"
To share screen, click on "Share" then "Screen, window, or tab"
Click on "Entire Screen" and click on the screen you want to share, then click on "Share"
There is a "Chat" option where content or text can be shared.
