How to Use Teams

Below you will find a step-by-step guide to operating the Teams application in order to join online meetings and navigate accordingly.

Step 1:

Before you can join any meeting, you will need to locate the meeting invite.

Go to your email inbox and locate the email sent from your support contact.

Step 2:

Open the email and click on "Join the meeting now"

Step 3:

Click on "Always allow Teams to open links" 

Then, click on "Open Microsoft Teams (work or school)"

Step 4:

Click on "Continue on this browser"

Step 5:

Click "Allow"

Step 6:

Enter your name and click on "Join now"

Step 7:

To share screen, click on "Share" then "Screen, window, or tab"

Step 8:

Click on "Entire Screen" and click on the screen you want to share, then click on "Share"

Step 9:

There is a "Chat" option where content or text can be shared.
